Yes. OX Assist is designed to provide a genuine professional real estate campaign, including professional photography, videography, signage and agreed advertising across major property portals and other campaign channels.
What exactly do I have to do?
Your main role is conducting property inspections. We'll provide guidance, an inspection script, Ocean X apparel and pointer boards so you can focus on welcoming buyers and showing them through the home.
Should I discuss price with buyers?
We recommend keeping the inspection focused on the home rather than negotiating. Let buyers experience the property, answer reasonable property questions, then allow Ocean X to manage price discussions and negotiations professionally.
Who follows buyers up?
Ocean X does. We speak with buyers, gather feedback, identify genuine interest and progress potential offers.
Who negotiates the offers?
Ocean X manages the negotiations and works with you throughout the process to pursue the strongest result available from the market.
Who handles the contract and sale process?
We help coordinate the sale process, work with the relevant parties and guide the transaction through from accepted offer toward settlement.
Can I move to full-service Ocean X representation?
Yes. If you decide you'd prefer Ocean X to conduct the inspections as well, we can discuss moving you to a traditional full-service campaign.
